View RomtheHop.jpg in slide show

Thanks for stopping by!!!

This particular hop is going to last from the 31st of August to the 3rd of September. We're going to be talking all things romance. So, if you like, love, or are curious about romance, you're in the right place!!

Stay and play!!  Get involved and maybe you'll win some of our wonderful prizes!!  But first, let me introduce you to a few of my favorite romantic men!!

Coming Soon from Nya Rayne  Coming soon!!

I have roamed the earth for over three millennia alone, secretly hoping to one day find the other half of my soul. The one woman who would make my deadened heart beat once more. I never imagined I’d find her in a bloodied heap beneath the claws of a despicable Yazaron, the bane of my existence. As a reward for saving her, I was given three days to make her love me or I would cease to be.

She spent those three days in ICU fighting for her life, and now wants nothing to do with me.

Fate, what a cruel bitch!!

Now Available BESTSELLER!!!

A street-wise hustler, Stormy has been running most of her life from the creature that killed her family. However, when she meets Fury, a being so stubborn he could give a mule lessons, running is no longer an option. When he claims he’s her protector and the other half of her soul, Stormy would rather take her chances with the beast chasing her.
His dogged determination to protect her and his seductive expertise spark to life dreams she’d all but given up on: dreams of belonging to a family, and of having a life where running is nothing more than exercise. But with vile creatures hunting her, demanding her blood, and pack members who want her head instead of her help, Stormy will have to find away to place her trust and heart in Fury’s care. If she can’t, then neither of them will have a future to dream about.

In a world where men are an endangered species, available only to the ruling class, and the majority of women date androids, the last thing Phia Zen wants is to buy her lover from a catalogue. Imagine her surprise when she receives her purchase, DontĂ©, and discovers he’s a living, breathing man. Problem is he truly belongs to the most powerful woman in the world, and she’ll stop at nothing to get him back.

For the love of a real man, how much will Phia sacrifice? Her family? Her freedom? Her very life and the life of the only man she’s ever loved?

  2. One of my favorite romantic encounters was with my husband. I met him my first year in college. We always flirted, and sparks flew from day one, but one or the other of us always had a boyfriend/girlfriend. I dated his friends. He dated mine. Our senior year in college a bunch of us went out to nightclub. We saw each other across the room and were drawn together - as though being pulled. I'd never experienced anything like that. All of our friends saw what was happening and tried to stop it (they didn't want us to ruin our friendship), but our eyes met there was no stopping it. I literally fell in love with my best friend that night. We've now been married for almost 20 years and I still get fluttery feelings when I think of him.

  3. the first time after my husband (now) and I re-encountered each other was on a website... we got in contact via email and phone - and finally decided that we would meet. He sent a driver to meet me at the airport and when I arrived he had a candle-lit bath drawn, a bottle of wine on ice, strawberries with chocolate and whipped cream for dipping and a fire in the fireplace. Less than two months later I moved to be with him and we've been inseparable since. It only took a bunch of years from us meeting in Italy when he was in the army and I was on vacation

    thank you for participating

  5. My most romantic encounter was when my husband upgraded our honeymoon in Jamaica to include a butler and a spa session. He wanted me to feel pampered because he loved me and knew how stressful it was planning a wedding and caring for our 2 year old daughter at the same time!! Throw in working part-time and I was in need of pampering and he made sure I got it. I wanted to bring our butler home with us!! He got me drinks, saved me a beach chair, drove me around in his golf cart, made sure we had sweets on our bed each night! The only negative was my husband refused to let us live there after the honeymoon was over! :-(

  10. I really don't have a juicy romance. I do have a sweet one though. My husband and I met a work and while we didn't get along to begin with, by the time we had worked together for a few months, he started to grow on me. I am a person who likes to have strange conversations that border on the weird. My husband caught my attention when for some reason we struck up a conversation about East Island and what the real truth about the place was. I was shocked to find our theories matched....LOL

  17. Hmmm... a romantic encounter? Well, I met my boyfriend online, we played the same game together. At first, he didn't want anything to do with me. He tried to run away from me actually because he made himself disappear for a week. It wasn't until Christmas day that I heard from him again and he told me how he was afraid of being in love with me, especially when he hasn't ever met me in real life. We decided to start all over again and in February, we were completely in love and he wanted to show me by sending me a special gift. He sent me a necklace with a heart pendant. It had 'Josh's Angel' engraved on the front and on the back it said 'I love you'. The day before Valentine's Day, I went to meet him and I've been living with for almost two years now. :)

Thank you for the giveaway and being part of the hop!

  19. The first weekend I spent with my hubby is my favorite encounter. It was miserable. We were supposed to go the beach and it rained and rained. Then it rained some more. I was pouting and he said let's go play in the rain. So we went and played. We chased each other, and he gave me a piggyback ride. I giggled liked a little girl. Eventually we started kissing and we made out for quite sometime. Then we raced back to the hotel to "warm up". :D It was awesome. Now every time it rains, he kisses me and whispers wanna race? lol Thanks for the giveaway

  24. For our 11th anniversary my hubby wrote me a poem called "The Miles Of Marriage" It talks about how we met, fell in love at first site, and have stayed together despite everyone saying we wouldn't last 6 months. Next month marks anniversary 15. :)
Even with money tight, and no longer bringing home a rose out of the blue, he rubs my feet {I have deep ballerina arches so they always hurt.} and brushes my hair.
I give him massages and stuff.
To me it is the little things that speak the loudest.
Thanks for participating in the hop and giving us all a chance to win.

  25. Thanks for participating! Really like the hop so far!! I love reading, especially romance. I love reading contemporary, historical and erotic romance. I love the happy ending that is garenteed at the end. My favorite book is Lover Mine by JR Ward! I love John Matthew and Xhex. My favorite romantic moment was when my fiancé asked me to marry him! We meant two years ago right around when summer was ending when my friend and I went out for our last big night out before classes started again. I think it is romantic when he brings me flowers because no one else has ever done it! Thanks so much! Hope everyone else is having a great long weekend!!

  31. My husband isn't much of a romantic kind of guy, but every now and then he will be. The most romantic thing he did for me was to steal me away for a weekend with no kids to Chicago. We saw the sights and enjoyed good conversation.

  36. Thanks for the being a part of the blog hop.
The way my fiance popped the question during thanksgiving last year.
We have a tradition in my family that before we eat we say prayer and the go around the room saying what we are most thankful in our lives...
When my fiance turn came around he stood up and said "I am thankful for having passionate loving woman in my life that has put up and dealt with me being a pain and has made me gain 30 pounds during the duration of our relationship" then he knelt on one knee in front of me and asked me to marry him...
Marriage is planned for June next year...
    Nice to met ya

  37. Why I like Romance Novels….The reason I like Romance Novels so much is because it is one place where I can be anywhere like England, Scotland, Rome, Ireland, or anywhere in the US. I can also be in any time like 1200’s Scotland, 1500’s England, 1900’s Chicago. I can be anyone like a princess, a servant, a werewolf, a duchess, a vampire, or a lost soul. But no matter what I get the privilege and the experience to overcome many different obstacles and find love. I am a mother of three teenagers as well and there are many days when I need an escape and my heart needs a rest from the trials of being a parent and trying to do what is best for everyone but yourself. I have overcome cancer, loss, and financial problems and Romance Books let my heart soar and feel free. Let me tell you in this world, and during this time where life can have so many struggles it is great that you can be, have, and do so many things to find love and romance and still be yourself!
